What is your goal? What is your deadline? For whom you want to change? Before you start any kind of chance regarding your health, you have to answer these questions.

A weight loss/gain should always be planned especially when you have a deadline. Don’t go dieting if you only have 1 month the time. A healthy way of losing/gaining weight is to gain/loose not more than 1kg per week. This will give your body the time to adjust and accept the changes.

You want to fit again in those trousers or dress after a winter of binging and being a couch potato? Plan it, don't think that you'll get back the body that you had 2-3 months ago in jus 1 month.
